could any body tell me the best ways of stress management as i am a staff nurse in an area of full of pressure

1Best? Well, there really is no best way, it depends on what works best for you.

Deep breathing: Breath in through your mouth to your stomach and out through your nose. A few times may make you feel better.

When off work, find some time to exercise. Running is a good way to increase the flow of serotonin to your brain. A great way to work through ideas by getting your blood pumping too.

Find ways to distract yourself from stressors to practice letting them go.
