1YES TIME MANAGEMENT CAN REDUCE STRESS. FROM MY UNDERSTANDING OF ISLAMIC TEACHINGS WE HAVE TO PRAY 5 TIMES A DAY AND THEREFORE WE BUILD OUR RITUALS AND DAILY ACTIVITIES WITHIN THESE TIMES. FOR EXAMPLE ISAY WILL MEET A FRIEND AFTER ASER PRAYER MEANS DURING THAT PERIOD OF ASER AND AFTER NO MATER HOW LATE IT MEANS THAT ONLY. BUT WHEN YOU SAY TO SOME ONE I MEET YOU 4 OCLOCK SHARP, WHATEVER YOU HAVE TRAFIC DISASTER OR NOT READY OR NOT THIS WILL NOT HELP MUCH OF RELIEVING STRESS TO BE PUNCTUAL. BOTH APPOINTMENTS CAN LEAD TO SUCCESSFUL FRUITS. SECOND OF ALL WHEN PERSON HAVE TIME FOR WORK, FAMILY, PRAYERS, ENTERTAINMENT THIS LIFE CAN LEAD TO QUALITY LIFE LESS STRESSFUL.
